As a licensed and ordained Pastor Joyce Lester offers biblical counseling. She has been providing life-transforming counseling for over twenty-five years.

She has been the Executive Director of her own ministry for sixteen years and she has been a Pastor for over twenty years.

Joyce is a life skills coach and former Director of a transitional housing program for women with children. She has worked in social services for over twenty-five years.

She works with homeless, chemically dependent, mentally challenged, and formerly incarcerated individuals.

Joyce also facilitates parenting, men’s, women’s and senior citizen workshops, providing them with skills to overcome obstacles that are preventing them from reaching their maximum potential.

Joyce hosts and facilitates Healthy Relationship workshops where she teaches principles on how to heal and strengthen marriages and relationships.
